We have added a new seminar, Effective Multicultural Teambuilding, designed for senior managers in Japanese organisations, leaders of multicultural teams, Japanese expatriates in management roles in Europe and HR professionals and consultants working with multicultural teams. It should be of particular interest to anyone who has already attended our Working Effectively with Japanese/European Colleagues seminars and would like to take their understanding and ability to implement changes in multicultural management a step further.
