This two part interactive online workshop is designed to support Japanese managers who have been seconded to Europe.
Part 1 (22nd July 13:00-16:00 BST/14:00-17:00 CEST) deals with European cultures and values, the differences between UK, Germany, France, Netherlands etc, attitudes to employment and career development, employment regulations, diversity and inclusion, common HR related mistakes that Japanese companies make in Europe and how to avoid them.
Part 2 (23rd July 13:00-16:00 BST/14:00-17:00 CEST) deals with communication, management and leadership and gives practical tips on building relations with European colleagues, giving feedback, performance evaluations, meetings and presentations. It also looks at the key concepts of employee engagement and management accountability.
The session will be facilitated in Japanese by Japan Intercultural Consulting EMEA Representative Pernille Rudlin.
Participant numbers are limited to 12 to ensure interactivity.
