Pernille Rudlin is one of the regular panellists for Centre People annual HR seminar. She spoke in 2025 (in Japanese) on how AI might impact cross cultural communications and training. Topics covered by Pernille in previous years included company mission and purpose, harassment and psychological safety.

Pernille Rudlin was the speaker (in Japanese) at the November 2024 Top Seminar for Jiji Press, on “The Past 40 Years of Japanese Business in the UK – What’s Next? This excerpt deals with the Brexit period and when Pernille had her 15 minutes of fame talking about the implications of Honda closing its Swindon factory, being interviewed by Sky News, BBC News, the BBC World Service and various newspapers.

Pernille spoke on the “Brexit Agreement, One Month On” for the Japan Society in February 2021. It is still the most viewed video in the Japan Society’s webinar series.

Pernille spoke at a webinar in October 2025 on “Bridging the Gap: Cultural Awareness and Compliance in Healthcare for Japanese Expats in Europe,” for Cigna Insurance’s whitepaper launch, to which she also contributed the foreword.
